Just picked up a custom order loaded F250, and all the stories I hear about hidden fees from places and marking up the MSRP, that was not the case with Sayville Ford. Specifically, Luis Calvo, who I worked with from start to finish; from when I ordered 5 months ago(truck came in earlier than expected). The interest rates are high now and he worked to find me to come close to matching the rate I got from a credit union. I couldn’t recommend Luis enough. I’ll go back to him for my next ride. Thanks Luis! And Carlo from finance was great too!

I dislike car shopping very much and I was extremely anxious about purchasing a new vehicle…Ryan, my Salesman, was really genuine and very pleasant to deal with. He was always available and helpful to me. He helped make my decision to buy this vehicle easier, the process smooth and was always very accommodating and kind. I purchased a loaner, 2022 Ford Explorer with very low miles…..it was just what I had been looking for and I love it…..Being it had been previously driven somewhat, it did have a few, very minor cosmetic flaws, understandably…..Ryan (salesman) and Tiago, Sales Supervisor, rectified and fixed my concerns, even after I brought the vehicle home and noticed an issue…..I am extremely grateful and satisfied…Most, I believe would not be so inclined to be this way…..They were extremely accommodating, very understanding and helpful and I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Just walking into Sayville Ford you feel comfortable, no gimmicks, no pressure. The atmosphere is comfortable and I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Tony, who proceeded to work with me until I was happy with the car (2023 Ford Edge) and deal that got within my budget. He took into account all my needs and considerations and that I walked out with a smile. He even made sure to shine my current license plates up since I was transferring them from my trade in. Tony is a class act! I had been a Newins Ford customer for 13 years and I am now part of the Sayville Ford family! Upon handing me the keys, Tony wanted to confirm that I was familiar with all the tech and workings with the car by having Otis walk me through it.. he made sure before I drove off the lot I was 100% comfortable with the car… Thank you Tony and thank you Sayville Ford!

Had a very good buying experience. Declan in sales is very honest and got me a good deal. Otis was extremely kind and knowledgable of everything that came with my truck and made sure I understood everything. The dealership itself is very nice and the salesmen don’t run out to you in the parking lot to try and hawk you, they let you take your time and browse.

My experience buying my F-150 was straight forward and informative.  My sales rep Ryan did what he had to do in order to make the deal to my satisfaction.  Afterwards the loan/insurance rep was also very professional and informative.  Upon picking up my car I was handed off to a young man, Damian, who was the most likable young man I’ve met in a long time.  He was patient explaining the trucks features and helped me sign up on line for FordPass.  I told Damien that I was pressed for time and he told me whenever I could come back and he would be happy to answer any additional questions I may have.  Kudos to this dealership for their professionalism making my truck purchase a pleasant and to their entire staff who seamlessly enabled this transaction.
